She later appeared in several well-known films, including Focus (2015), I, Tonya (2017), Bombshell (2019), and Barbie (2023).
Robbie is also a film producer. She co-founded LuckyChap, a production company that works on film and television projects. Her work as a producer has helped her take on a wider role in the entertainment industry.
While Robbie’s career centers on films and entertainment, Duato’s work focuses on healthcare and business. Their different careers are an important part of understanding why their names may seem like an unusual match in search results.
Did Joaquin Duato and Margot Robbie Ever Meet?
There is no reliable public evidence confirming that Joaquin Duato and Margot Robbie have met.
No verified interview, official announcement, or reliable event record identified for this article establishes that they met in person. There is also no confirmed public record of them working together on a film, business project, or other joint activity.
Some online articles describe a possible “missed meeting” between them. However, no reliable primary source has been identified to confirm that claim.
This does not prove that they have never crossed paths in private. Public information cannot confirm every interaction between two people. The accurate statement is that a meeting between Duato and Robbie has not been publicly verified.
Readers should be careful with claims that suggest a secret meeting or hidden relationship when no strong evidence supports them.
What Is the Story Behind the 2015 Premiere?
The year 2015 is part of Margot Robbie’s film career. That year, she starred alongside Will Smith in Focus. The film’s Los Angeles premiere took place on February 24, 2015, according to the event photography listing from Rotten Tomatoes.
Some online discussions also mention a “green carpet premiere.” However, this detail does not prove that Joaquin Duato attended an event involving Robbie.
A film premiere is a normal part of an actor’s career. To connect two people through an event, there must be reliable evidence that both attended or took part in it.
No such evidence has been identified to link Duato to Robbie’s 2015 film activities. His public career during that period was focused on his work at Johnson & Johnson.
Therefore, the 2015 premiere should be understood as part of Robbie’s entertainment career, not as proof of a connection between the two.

Their professional lives also provide no confirmed link. Duato leads Johnson & Johnson, while Robbie works as an actor and producer. No verified joint project has been identified.
Several factors may explain why people search for their names together:
- Search suggestions: Search engines may show names together when users enter similar searches.
- Name confusion: The name Joaquin is also associated with actor Joaquin Phoenix, which may cause confusion in some celebrity searches.
- Repeated online claims: Websites may repeat an unverified claim without adding new evidence.
- Public interest: Well-known people can attract attention when their names appear together unexpectedly.
These are possible explanations, not confirmed reasons for every search involving Duato and Robbie.
The main point is simple: appearing together in search results does not mean two people have a real-life connection.
